Since 2015, IC has had the privilege of partnering with Oaks Church in Red Oak, TX. Together, we have taught, trained and activated Intentional Growth Planning there to improve impact across all departments.
During the four year span, they have increased attendance 37% (up 1,100 per weekend) and countless lives have been changed for eternity.

Intentional Growth Planning has helped provide common language for staff to use which creates organizational-wide alignment. Hunter also shares a simple grading tool that helps teams understand what the most important areas of focus are in any given season during the life of the church.
