Las Vegas, NV --- Four new team members are joining the IC Coaching staff adding 88 years of ministry expertise.  New team members joined IC Founders Doug Parks and Bart Rendel last week in Las Vegas for a training summit to become certified in Intentional GrowthPlanning. Over the past eight years, IC has developed a growth system that is rooted in biblical principles, tried and true tools, and is applicable to any church. The IC process translates well in any context or denomination and becomes a leadership and operating system you can use for years to come.
