Training Church Leaders: Adding 99 Years of Experience to Our Team

Las Vegas, NV — Intentional Churches (IC) is excited to be adding 99 years of church leadership experience to our team.This past week, six ministry leaders from across the United States joined founders Bart Rendel and Doug Parks in a week-long training session in Intentional GrowthPlanning.  Intentional GrowthPlanning is a custom, team-based planning and envisioning experience powered by Tom Paterson’s StratOp process.  It is now practiced by hundreds of Intentional Churches across the United States and around the world.Five of these ministry leaders will be joining the IC team to coach and train local churches in how to double their Kingdom impact, again and again. We now have over 1300 years of combined experience from nearly every tribe, denomination, network, and region of the country serving the local church through Intentional Churches.We believe that one-day thousands of churches will be using a similar leadership system focused on the Great Commission and doubling Kingdom impact.  We are building the most collaborative and experienced church leadership team in the world with the intention of reaching and discipling millions for Christ.
