Over the past eight years, we’ve developed a growth system that is rooted in biblical principles, tried and true tools, and is applicable to any church. It translates well in any context or denomination and becomes a leadership and operating system you can use for years to come. So how does it work?

Our time begins with two insightful days together. Your team is both exhilarated and challenged as we clarify vision and a plan to move forward. We develop a Vision Dashboard and Roadmap and then you organize for action alongside your Intentional Churches Coach. Your IC Coach is in touch weekly with your team and face-to-face quarterly for one year. The work and impact begin immediately! At the end of one year, together we assess your team’s development and readiness to live out Intentional GrowthPlanning through your ministry.
